Control Pinch Valves
Control pinch valves are the normally-closed pinch-valve variant: compressed air opens the sleeve against a spring return, and venting the air lets the valve fail safely closed — the standard choice for silo safety systems and fail-safe on/off duty where the media touches nothing but the sleeve. The range covers single-cylinder valves from 15 mm to 50 mm and double-cylinder valves from 65 mm to 250 mm, with maximum line pressure stepping down by size band (5 bar for 15-32 mm, 3 bar for 40-150 mm, 2 bar for 200-250 mm), opening pressure of 3-4 bar for single-cylinder and 5.5-6 bar for double-cylinder valves, aluminium bodies with PN10/16 flange connections, and sleeve compounds natural rubber (standard), EPDM food quality, EPDM and neoprene. Solenoid valves, pressure regulators, limit switches and an electro-pneumatic positioner are available as accessories. Selection turns on the size band's pressure limit, the air supply available to open against the spring return, and the sleeve compound against the media.
