Three-Way Control Valves

Three-way control valves combine or divert two flows inside a single modulating body — converging for mixing two streams to a controlled outlet, diverging for splitting one stream — replacing a piping tee plus a two-way valve where actuator space, cost or installation symmetry matters. The range covers DN20 to DN400 at PN 16 to PN 100 / Class 150 to Class 600, with flanged, RF, MF and RTJ end connections, WCB/WC6/CF8/CF8M bodies, SS304/SS316/cobalt-chromium hardfacing alloy seating, linear, equal-percentage and quick-open flow characteristics, Cv values from 1.6 to 690, metal-seal leakage grade IV and soft-seal grade VI, and face-to-face lengths from 118 mm to 698 mm across the dimensioned DN15-DN300 range in two pressure series (PN1.6-4.0 and PN6.4). Selection turns on converging versus diverging duty, the pressure balance between ports, and the same trim/leakage choices as the two-way line.

packaging options test connection two spring-loaded PTFE V-ring packings or two adjustable high-temperature packings; a test connection between the two packings available on request
kvs coefficient envelope available KVS coefficients span 4 (DN 15, 15 mm travel) up to 3600 (DN 500, 120 mm travel); KVS 1000 special version only for DN 250 as mixing valve
hvac small mixing envelope HVAC three-way mixing valve line in sizes 1/2 to 2 inch, screwed NPT end connections, for hot or chilled water in heating and air conditioning systems
