Three-Piece Ball Valves
Three-piece ball valves hold the ball and seats in a center section clamped between two end caps, so the whole trim lifts out for service without cutting the valve from the line — the maintainability choice for flanged process piping. The range covers DN15 to DN100 at PN1.0 to PN4.0, with CF8/CF8M/cast-iron/carbon-steel bodies, caps and balls, SS304/SS316 stems and glands, PTFE seats, seals, packing and thrust washers, stainless bolting and locking hardware, full-port or reduced-port flow, investment-cast bodies with blow-out-proof stems, optional anti-static devices and locking devices, DIN 3202 face-to-face lengths, EN 12266 / API 598 testing across -20°C to +180°C, and a full flange dimension and weight table from 1/2" (2.5 kg) to 4" (32.0 kg). Selection turns on port size against flow, the flange standard the piping takes, and whether in-line trim service is required.
