Duplex Basket Strainers
Duplex basket strainers put two straining chambers and a changeover valve in one assembly, so one basket keeps working while the other is switched in and cleaned — continuous flow protection where a simplex shutdown is not acceptable. The range covers bodies in carbon steel, CF8, CF8M, CF3M, cast iron, SS304 or SS316 with SS304 to SS316L baskets and A105/F304/F316-class covers with A193 B7/B8/B8M bolting, DN25 to DN200 at Class 125 to Class 300 or PN10 to PN420, built to ASME B16.34 with ANSI B16.1, BS EN 1092-2 or DIN 2501 flanges, ANSI B1.20.1/BS 21 screwed ends, ANSI B16.10, DIN 3202, EN 558-1 or EN 12982 face-to-face, and API 598 testing. Selection turns on line size and class, changeover duty versus particle load, and the end-connection style the piping carries.
